So someone recommended me this place after I got my flat and honestly, after my experience, I will not be coming back here. I brought my car in at 10:12am for a flat tire. They said wait time would be 1hr and 15 minutes roughly. So I left my car there to come back later. Well, long story short, it took them 6hrs until it was ready and no call to let me know. They also left my window down and keys in the ignition. Someone could have easily stolen my car and belongings. I don’t get why my keys weren’t just held onto at the office. I also understand you are short staffed, but maybe require appointments so you don’t overwork your employees and keep people waiting for hours upon hours. That is ridiculous. Thank you for fixing my tire and I appreciate not having to pay for the service, but I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

If you need tires, take your vehicle here. You will not regret it. We actually took our Jeep here after a couple recommendations: one from my Dad and another from another shop in Jasper. We had been quoted around $1600 for tires we didn’t need on our Jeep. Turner Tire put new quality tires on for around $600. You can’t beat that! We also thought we needed an alignment…a dishonest shop could have charged us for one. Turner didn’t…they have earned my trust and are good for my wallet.

Brock scheduled me for my 4 new tires so I only waited 30 minutes til Thomas came on shift to install them. He gave me the option between the most expensive down to the cheapest with no pressure. I came away feeling like a respected and valued customer. I highly recommend them.

Listen, you gotta go check and Biscuit and the crew that gets the job done. We went to Biscuit by referral and just today I referred him to someone else. It was a hump buy it was worth it. If you need a lift kit put on or you wanna get your lifted vehicle serviced - you NEED Biscuit in your life. They are reasonably priced and do good work. My husband got his lift kit put on his truck here and they fixed my death wobble on my lifted Jeep. They don't rip you off because your a woman, very trustworthy. Go...now...

When you need tire, brake, alignment, or just a patch in your tire. This company is one to trust. After picking up a screw in wife’s car in and out in less than a hour with No appointment. I can’t guarantee that fast of turn around for everyone. But from what I see is a lot of happy customers leaving this place.
